PVC Blanks & Sheets
PVC blanks are pre-sized or can be sheared, stamped or profiled after printing to create custom shapes. We offer quarter sheet stock, blanks and speciality sizes. Sold in quantities of 100 blanks per pack for the .030” and .010” thicknesses and 50 blanks per pack for the .060” thickness.
PrintMark I
Print Receptive Engraving Material
PrintMark has a gloss finish and contains an acrylic cap and an ABS core, similar to that contained in the Rowmark® Satins and New Hermes® Gravoply 1. It is available in 1/16” (1.5mm) gauge for use in interior signage, industrial marking and personal identification among other applications. It has been fully tested for use in the Direct Color Systems™ DCS 1224, Millennium and Badger printing systems for both the full color and monochrome applications. Suggested fabrication methods include rotary engraving, rotary profiling, saw cutting, shear cutting and beveling.
PrintMark II
Print Receptive Engraving & Laserable Material
PrintMark II is comprised of a modified acrylic resin similar to those found in the Rowmark® Lasermark, Lacquer and Flexibrass lines. It is available in .020” and .060” gauge. It has been fully tested for use in the Direct Color Systems™ DCS 1224, Millennium and Badger printing systems for both the full color and monochrome applications. Suggested fabrication methods include laser engraving and profiling, rotary engraving, rotary profiling, saw cutting, shear cutting and beveling. All products in this line have a special adhesive with a non-slip liner. Note: Black PMII products are recommended for monochrome ribbon applications only.
Badge Frames
Plastic frames plated for durability and appearance. Individually bagged in 50 frames/box with pre-applied adhesive. Add extra professionalism to your badges with badge frames. They are available for blanks .10" to .70" thickness. You can also now create the "full bleed" look using the open backed 1.5" x 3" (38mm x 76mm) .060 frames. All of the closed back frames are complete with an easy peel, double-sided adhesive. They are individually wrapped and boxed in 50s.
Snap Apart Pieces
Circles or Ovals: These badges are pre-cut from the backside with a laser and they snap apart after printing. Cut from PrintMark II mono white (PM-231010), each overall part is 2.125" x 3.375 (54mm x 86 mm) and .060" (1.5mm) thick. All parts are without maksing and are shrink wrapped in 50s and in boxes of 200.
Badges: These Badges are pre-cut from the backside with a laser and snap apart after printing. Each 1 UP blank measures 1.5" x 3" (38mm x 76mm) while Each 2 - Piece Measures 15/16" x 2 15/16" (25mm x 75mm). Cut from Printmark II products each overall part is 2.125" x 3.375" (54mm x 86mm) and .060" (1.5mm) thick for the 1-UP badges and 2.5" x 3.7" ( 63.5mm x 94mm). All parts are without masking and are shrink wrapped in 50s and in boxes of 200.
Print Receptive Coated Metals
These .023 Aluminum and .019” Brass stock are is print receptive for use in the DCS line of printers. This material is coated with a plastic layer that is print receptive and cushions the print head during printing. Cut pieces are in packages of 50 and boxed in 200 quantities per box. A full range of custom cut pieces is available.

Trophy Plates & Discs
Pre-Cut trophy plates with 3 trophy plates per part. Each plate measures .625" x 3" (16mm x 76mm) with the overall piece being 2.125" x 3.375" (54mm x 86mm) and .020" (.5mm) thick. All parts are without masking and are shrink wrapped in 100s and in boxes of 500.
Pre-Cut Trophy Discs with 1 - 2" (51mm) trophy disc or 4 - 1" (25.4mm) trophy discs per part. Each overall part is 2.125" x 3.375" (54mm x 86mm) and .020" (.5mm) thick and has a pre-applied adhesive. All parts are without masking and are shrink wrapped in 100s and in boxes of 500.
