ASAP Warranty Policy
ASAP will pass along the standard manufacturer warranty with each printer purchase.
If your printer fails and is in warranty, you MUST contact ASAP before returning the product to the manufacturer to ensure the procedures are followed.
Repair & Product Support Information
ASAP is a Fargo Authoized Service Provider (ASP) and we can service your Fargo ID printer. Please give us a call (317-488-1030) or send an email (info@asapident.com) and we will respond (generally same day if before 4 PM Eastern Time) or first thing the next business day.
We can also now provide Zebra repair service for both the value and performance lines.
ASAP can repair Datacard out of warranty printers, as well.
If you no longer are covered by the loaner program and require one, we can, in most cases, provide a loaner while your printer is being repaired. This will prevent any unexpected downtime in your ID badging operations.
