Centralized Access Control Management

HID Linq is a centralized PC-based reader management solution that allows you to simultaneously update multiple Signo readers, connected to a Mercury controller via OSDP or by using a serial adapter over a USB connection.

With HID Linq, it’s no longer necessary to update firmware by visiting each reader, one by one. The software allows administrators to upgrade all the attached readers from a single location. HID Linq makes it more efficient to complete card technology migrations, to upgrade to the latest firmware and to secure access to the configuration — making the entire reader management process more secure and more streamlined than ever before. In addition, since HID Linq features an intuitive interface with familiar and consistent terminology, learning to use the tool is easy, too.

HID is are excited to announce HID Linq Mobile, the latest addition to the Linq portfolio. Delivered as a mobile app, it streamlines in-field management of HID readers with a seamless user experience. From a single app and log-in, technicians can configure, update, and maintain both HID Signo readers and HID OMNIKEY SE Reader Core embedded reader modules.

Designed for speed and convenience, HID Linq Mobile enables secure communication over BLE and NFC, allowing users to perform essential reader operations directly from their mobile device.
