Effective March 31, 2025, all printer configurations for the HID FARGO ^® DTC5500LMX will be discontinued.

As part of our commitment to streamline our product offerings and enhance our portfolio, we will be discontinuing the DTC5500LMX card printer. The suggested replacement product for the DTC5500LMX is the HID FARGO DTC4500e.

Timeframe:

• Last Time Buy: February 28, 2025
• End of Life (EOL): March 31, 2025
• End of Service: March 31, 2028

After the EOL date, the DTC5500LMX will no longer be available for purchase. However, we will continue to support the printer and its consumables for three years post-EOL, ensuring service until at least March 31, 2028.
