Introducing The New Seos^® and MIFARE^® DESFire^® EV3 – FIDO-Enabled Cards

HID Global is proud to introduce our new Seos and MIFARE DESFire EV3 FIDO (Fast Identification Online) enabled cards. This one card solution provides FIDO-based, passwordless access to business applications and physical spaces to increase workforce productivity through simplified deployment and management.

The FIDO-enabled additions to the HID Seos and DESFire EV3 portfolios are certified to the latest FIDO2 specification and replace the need to remember and manage passwords. PKI-based passkeys stored in the FIDO application provide a device-based, passwordless experience for users, reduce the number of IT tickets raised due forgotten passwords and reduce the risk of password phishing.
