Last week a client had an issue with their Jolly ID Flow Activation, so we thought we’d pass along our solution in case there are others who might run into this problem.

If you are prompted to enter your license key or Activate each time you start Jolly ID Flow, your user log in account most likely does not have correct privileges.

Please log in (or contact your tech support team to log in) as ADMINISTRATOR. Once you log in, you can start Jolly ID Flow and enter the license key and/or activation key when prompted.

This should resolve the issue.
